What is Included
Pre-Workshop Assessment & Interpretation coaching
Upon enrollment, participants will receive links for their leadership assessment. Each participant will be expected to complete the assessments prior to the workshop. Once enrolled, participants will be scheduled for a personal pre-workshop coaching session in which the facilitator will interpret assessments and work with you to determine your leadership growth goals.
Two Full Days of Engaged Group Learning with Other Emerging Leaders
Both workshop days will be held in our unique conference space at the Village Gate in the Neighborhood of the Arts in Rochester, New York.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided each day
All program materials are included in your tuition
Follow-Up Coaching
Each participant will have two follow up coaching sessions with the workshop facilitator within six months of completing the workshop to drive continued individual growth and momentum.
Workshop Leader and Coach
Dr. Suzanne Piotrowski
Working closely with leaders as they develop in their roles is has been a lifelong passion for Suzanne. She is known for her highly engaging, enjoyable and high impact workshops as well as for her ability as an innovative and effective executive coach. In addition to leading BadFish, she conducts research in the area of team innovation dynamics and teaches in RIT’s Graduate programs in Human Resource Development and Service Innovation and Leadership. Sue enjoys connecting what is hot in academia with what is most important in the practical world that we all live in. In this workshop she brings her diversity of experience with Rochester Top 100, national and international leaders, organizations and innovators together with a deep understanding of what new leaders need most in order to do well and feel good about the new space of leading in which they find themselves.
