Dr. Suzanne M. Piotrowski is lead BadFish, facilitator, coach and organizational change agent. In addition to her work with established leaders and organizations, she enjoys working with aspiring global leaders and entrepreneurs to develop sustainable and adaptive leadership and organization capabilities. She is a dynamic facilitator, creative in her designs of individual and group development experiences. Her pioneering approaches to unleashing creative thinking, challenging entrenched mindsets, and building healthy and adaptive teams are sure to be a boon to any client.

She has over twenty years of internal and external consulting and coaching experience working with leaders at all levels and with many types and sizes of organizations. Her client list spans diverse domains including engineering, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations. Her many incredible clients and experiences include Rochester Top 100 and Fortune 100 organizations. Her clients have been nationally and globally recognized and have been awarded such recognition as #1 Great Places to Work, Top 100 Global Innovator and as a “Modern Marvel” on the show of the same name.

Known for her personal leadership, authenticity, deep knowledge, practical and lively approach, she collaborates with her colleague-partners and her clients to co-create strategic change in leaders and their organizations.

Suzanne is a popular guest lecturer and facilitator and a curious lifelong learner. She has served on the Consultant Advisory Board of Consulting Psychologists Press. She is a member of the Organizational Development Network; the OD Institute; ARNOVA, the Organization Design Forum, The National Institute for Play and the International Association of Facilitators.

Beyond her consulting and coaching she is passionate about her family, friends, art, kayaking, a great glass of wine, a good cup of coffee, and her family’s two crazy Cavalier King Charles dogs. In her spare time, she is active in fostering the sparking and proliferation of new ideas and facilitating positive change in her community. She is on the committee for TEDx Rochester and is adjunct faculty at Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also a committed community volunteer. In 2011 she received the Greater Rochester American Red Cross Partnership Award.
