Jennifer Kaukeinen MS

Jennifer Kaukeinen, RN, BS, MS-HSA is an experienced coach and organization change consultant. Jennifer has over twenty-five years of healthcare clinical, operational and executive leadership experience that influences her coaching practice.

Jennifer has lead successful organization leadership transformation efforts, culture change, strategy development and execution, and team improvement in a wide variety of organizations and industries, including health care systems, in Rochester and nationally.

Jennifer brings enthusiasm, a spirit for continuous learning and passion for excellence to her work and the BadFish team. She is skilled in facilitating the deep work required for meaningful, sustainable personal and organizational change.

She is certified in the ISPI, Lominger 360, and is one of the few practitioners in the world to utilize the Relational Coordination survey to measure team effectiveness quantitatively.

Jennifer serves on the YWCA Board and has a particular interest and commitment to supporting women in our community to be empowered and to reach their highest level of potential.

In her spare time she loves to cook, exercise, read, and spend time with her family; husband David, two sons, Corey and Britt and step daughter, Rachael.

Jennifer Kaukeinen is a certified coach and holds a Master of Science, Health Systems Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nazareth College of Rochester.
